Repeatedly mixed in small-scale tests (1-2 kg per batch) until the desired ε was achieved! A case of mass production and delivery.

We would like to introduce a case of developing a high dielectric constant single-layer capacitor. We received requests from customers such as, "We would like you to develop a new single-layer capacitor with ε○○" and "The temperature characteristics should be within the standard of ±○○%." We repeatedly formulated the mixture in small test batches (1-2 kg per batch) until we achieved the desired ε, conducting confirmation tests to discover the optimal values. After receiving approval from the customer based on those results, we conducted reproducibility tests and mass production tests. Since the mass production tests were completed without any issues, we proceeded with mass production and delivered the product.
